Your submission data is stored in a secure database hosted by Neon. Vehicle photos and supporting documents are stored via Vercel Blob storage. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your submission data and report for a minimum of 3 years to support any insurance disputes or rebuttal requests. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.
