Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TotalRecover, operated by TotalRecover Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using gettotalrecover.com or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

TotalRecover provides professional diminished value market value loss reports for vehicle owners who have experienced an accident. Reports are prepared using proprietary software and reviewed and signed by an automotive valuation specialist before delivery. Our service is intended to help vehicle owners document and support their diminished value claims with their insurance company.

2. Eligibility

By submitting a claim, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to reject any submission that involves a prior-accident vehicle, incomplete or unstarted repairs, or inaccurate or fraudulent information. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

3. Report Basis and Outcomes

Reports represent professional opinions derived from market data, comparable vehicle analysis, valuation methodologies, and vehicle history information. Results and settlement outcomes are not guaranteed.

4. Not Legal Advice

TotalRecover reports are professional opinions of value, not legal advice. Nothing in our reports or on this website constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney for any legal proceedings. Results vary by state, insurer, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific settlement outcome.

5. Independent Valuation Analysis Provider

TotalRecover's reports are prepared as independent market-based valuation analyses by an automotive valuation specialist with extensive experience in vehicle valuation. TotalRecover does not act as an insurance adjuster, public adjuster, legal representative, or state-licensed provider of regulated valuation services. It is your responsibility to verify any state-specific requirements before submitting our report to your insurer or in any legal proceeding.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Reports are priced at $289 per submission (subject to change). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion in the following circumstances:

To request a refund, contact us at contact@gettotalrecover.com within 7 days of purchase.

7. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for submitting truthful, accurate, and complete information about your vehicle and accident. TotalRecover is not liable for reports generated based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Rebuttal Support

If your insurer disputes your report, TotalRecover will provide a rebuttal packet signed by our automotive valuation specialist at no additional charge, provided your original submission was complete and accurate. Rebuttal support is limited to one rebuttal per claim.
